HEAF’s support of our students does not stop when the caps come off at high school graduation. HEAF's Alumni Program for college students and graduates includes:

• Social and emotional support for first-generation and underrepresented college students
• Linkage to summer internships and fellowships for college students
• Guidance in graduate school application and selection
• Career counseling
• Networking
• Leadership opportunities for alumni

In addition, there are regularly scheduled alumni activities and networking events to help them as they move from college to graduate school or professional careers.
